DESCRIPTION

This is an English Ale derived from a single hop variety. Kent Golding's hops have long been known for their lavender, spice, honey and notes of thyme. Flavor-wise this kit has an earthy and mildly sweet, silky, honey-like character.

Please Note: This is an advanced all-grain beer making kit. Mash Tun is required. All-grain brewing requires special equipment such as a mash tun or cooler, large brew kettle, and electric heating coil or large BTU heat source.
