DESCRIPTION

This is a full-bodied American Christmas Ale. This spirited ale is a festive as the season. Copper-colored and flavorful, it's brewed with honey and spiced with cinnamon and tangerine. The Columbus provides some bittering and the Saaz contributes an earthy and spicy aroma.

Please Note: This is an advanced all-grain beer making kit. Mash Tun is required. All-grain brewing requires special equipment such as a mash tun or cooler, large brew kettle, and electric heating coil or large BTU heat source.
